Bring movement, breath and love to your baby with a yoga flow made just for pregnant women and connect with a community of future mamas. Join Bonita Chateau, CPYT and mama of a toddler, in this one hour prenatal session with meditation. All trimesters are welcomed!

Limited to the first 6 people to ensure proper attention & guidance.

gROUP Virtual Prenatal and Mom Yoga

Enjoy prenatal yoga at the comfort of your own home virtually. All levels - from first-timers to yoga teachers welcome and come as you are - messy hair, house and/or whatever mood. Video and sound optional so don't worry about noise or needing to attend to little ones.
