Service Description

This is a fun yoga class meant for kids 2-9 years old and their care-givers. Through playful poses and mindfulness exercises, kids build strength and focus while bonding with their grown-up. Please bring a yoga mat for both kid and grownup, water, hat & apply sunscreen. Babies are welcome to roll around too.
